Triple Flinger Assembly & Use: 1 Hook front of Web onto flinger as shown. 2 Stretch Web and hook other end onto flinger . Load three webs onto the three positions on the launcher . 3 Place flinger on forearm and fasten touch fastener straps. 4 Press trigger with index finger to fire.
